We’re happy to be introducing Fiv3rz, a guild for a new age of digital asset gaming.
Fiv3rz is intended to be a guild across many different games, starting with Axie Infinity.
It will include a professional division with contractors and employees who will be remunerated based largely on performance. In many cases these players will be given access to company resources, including training, guides, accounts and assets.
If successful, we plan to grow the guild in more exciting ways in the future!
Axie Infinity

Wage package:
- November 2020 base rate is $0.013 per SLP (reviewed monthly) [EDIT: Due to the increase in market price, we will likely increase the base rate for November but this is not guaranteed. It will be announced closer to the end of the month]
- To calculate total pay, take the base rate total and multiply it by the performance bonus, then take that total and multiply it by the loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus is calculated as SLP earned per cal month: > 4000 = 1.01, > 5000 = 1.02, > 6000 = 1.05, > 7000 = 1.06, > 8000 = 1.07, > 9000 = 1.08, > 10000 = 1.10 and > 12500 = 1.15
- Loyalty bonus is calculated as number of consecutive monthly pay-days: > 1 = 1.01, > 2 = 1.05, > 3 = 1.06, > 4 = 1.07, > 6 = 1.08, > 8 = 1.09 and > 12 = 1.10. The first pay-day is treated as the first step in the schedule
- By way of example if someone earns 10,001 SLP in their second calendar month they would be paid (((10001*0.013)*1.10)*1.05) = $150.16
- Special promotions and competitions may be launched which can increase earnings further
- Wages will be paid monthly in ETH
Important things to note:
- Players should aim to produce at-least 1,000 SLP (or the proportional amount) per week
- This scheme is still a proof of concept and subject to change
- Various other aspects as defined in contract
